World Red Cross Day is celebrated on 8 May. This day is celebrated to honour the birth ceremony of the Red Cross and International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) founder, Henry Dunant.

Government of India started ‘Vande Bharat Mission’ exercise to bring Indians from abroad

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, many Indian are stucked out of the country and to bring back them the Government of India has launched its biggest-ever evacuation exercises named the “Vande Bharat Mission”. In this mission, the government of India plans to bring back approximately 15,000 Indian nationals stranded abroad due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Govt sets target of constructing roads worth Rs 15 lakh cr in next two years

Union Health & Family Welfare Minister, Dr Harsh Vardhan has freshly launched the mobile application ‘AYUSH Sanjivani’. The app was developed by the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY).
